14504. The secretary shall prepare an annual statement of the operating expenditures and revenue related to this chapter which shall be presented to the board for review as soon as possible following the termination of the fiscal year. A copy of this statement shall be made available to any interested person upon request.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 490, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2006.)
