14511. 'Agricultural liming materials' are agricultural minerals composed of calcium or magnesium compounds, or both, which are capable of neutralizing soil acidity and which are distributed in this state for that purpose.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 504, Sec. 2.)
