14521. 'Chelated plant nutrients' means compounds of metallic secondary nutrients and micronutrients with organic chelating agents which have the property of being available under pH conditions in which the nutrients normally form insoluble compounds.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 504, Sec. 2.)
