14592. A violation of this article is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500). A second or subsequent violation of this article is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 504, Sec. 2.)
