14604. The secretary may grant a provisional registration for a period not exceeding six months for a registered product undergoing renewal. All fees shall be paid before the issuance of any provisional registration.(Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 448, Sec. 4. (AB 1811) Effective January 1, 2017.)
