14902.1. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, any commercial feed, feed additive, or drug approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration that is fed to livestock shall be under the oversight of the department as the primary state regulatory agency, including, but not limited to, products that make environmental and health claims.(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the authority of the State Air Resources Board under Section 39730.7 of the Health and Safety Code.(Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 634, Sec. 1.
