14904. The director shall adopt and enforce regulations for the manufacture, distribution, and labeling of feed used in connection with the production of food sold as organic pursuant to Article 7 (commencing with Section 110810) of Chapter 5 of Part 5 of Division 104 of the Health and Safety Code which shall be consistent with the requirements of that article.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1023, Sec. 55.
