Nothing in this chapter requires the secretary to report for prosecution or to institute injunction proceedings for any minor violation of this chapter whenever the public interest would be adequately served by a suitable written notice of warning, and compliance with the notice.(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 683, Sec. 13.
