§ 14961

14961. All of the money which is received by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund and shall be expended solely for the administration and enforcement of this chapter, including reimbursement of the board or other entity for all of the expenses necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 501, Sec. 3.)
