14963. If this chapter is repealed, any funds received by the director pursuant to this chapter remaining after all expenses are paid, shall be rebated by the director in a manner prescribed by the board proportionately to the amount paid by those persons that made such payments.(Added by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1275.)
