Any moneys in the Department of Agriculture Fund which were derived under any of the provisions of this chapter may be expended for the administration and enforcement of any of the provisions of this code stated in Section 16461, notwithstanding any other provision of law which limits the expenditure of any such money to some specific purpose or to the administration or enforcement of some specific section of this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch. 13.)
