The director may adopt, by regulation, standards and requirements relating to inspection, sanitation, facilities, equipment, reinspection, preparation, processing, buying, selling, transporting, storing, identification, recordkeeping, registration and labeling, and marking for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1128, Sec. 1.)
