18658. 'Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act' means the act so entitled, approved June 25, 1938 (52 Stat. 1040; 21 U.S.C., Sec. 301 et seq.), and acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
