It is unlawful for any person to sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or receive for transportation, in intrastate commerce, any article required to be inspected under this chapter, unless such article has been inspected and passed, or any livestock, poultry, livestock product, or poultry product which is capable of use as human food, which is adulterated or misbranded at the time of such sale, transportation, offer for sale or transportation, or receipt for transportation.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
