It is the purpose of this article to prevent the sale and transfer of illegally obtained inedible kitchen grease, to protect the environment, to reduce blockages of public sewer systems, and to prevent the improper and illegal transportation and disposal of inedible kitchen grease.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 533, Sec. 12.
