19320. All persons engaged in the business of hauling of dead cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses or other large domesticated animals or parts of the carcasses of any animal that died otherwise than by slaughter shall be licensed by the department.(Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 815.)
