§ 6

6. No action or proceeding which is commenced before this code takes effect, and no right which is accrued, is affected by any provision of this code, but all procedure thereafter taken in such action or proceeding shall conform to the provisions of this code so far as possible.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
