If an emergency protective order concerns an endangered child, the child’s parent or guardian who is not a restrained person, or a person having temporary custody of the endangered child, may apply to the court for a restraining order under Section 213.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 154. Effective January 1, 1994.)
