6302. A notice of hearing under this part shall notify the respondent that, if the respondent does not attend the hearing, the court may make orders against the respondent that could last up to five years.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 115, Sec. 61. (AB 1817) Effective January 1, 2020.)
