A minor cannot do any of the following:(a) Give a delegation of power.(b) Make a contract relating to real property or any interest therein.(c) Make a contract relating to any personal property not in the immediate possession or control of the minor.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10.
