§ 6920

6920. Subject to the limitations provided in this chapter, notwithstanding any other provision of law, a minor may consent to the matters provided in this chapter, and the consent of the minor’s parent or guardian is not necessary.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10.
