7051. An insurance contract entered into by an emancipated minor has the same effect as if it were entered into by an adult and, with respect to that contract, the minor has the same rights, duties, and liabilities as an adult.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
