§ 7550

7550. This chapter shall govern both of the following:(a) The genetic testing of a person who either voluntarily submits to genetic testing or is ordered to submit to genetic testing pursuant to an order of a court or local child support agency.(b) The use of genetic testing in a proceeding to determine parentage.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 876, Sec. 9.
