If, after the inquiry, the court is unable to identify the biological father or any possible biological father and no person has appeared claiming to be the biological father and claiming custodial rights, the court shall enter an order terminating the unknown biological father’s parental rights with reference to the child.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 510, Sec. 20.
