8707.1. (a) The agency responsible for recruitment of potential adoptive parents shall make diligent efforts to recruit individuals who reflect the ethnic, racial, and cultural diversity of children for whom adoptive homes are needed.(b) This section shall not be construed to affect the application of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act.(Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 772, Sec. 1.
