§ 9307

9307. A hearing with regard to adoption under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 9320) or termination of a parent and child relationship under Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 9340) may, in the discretion of the court, be open and public.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10.
