17402.1. (a) Each local child support agency shall, on a monthly basis, remit to the department both the federal and state public assistance child support payments received pursuant to Section 17402.(b) The department shall promulgate regulations to implement this section.(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 111, Sec. 4.
