§ 2061

2061. Upon entry of the order under Section 2060, the party requesting joinder shall file an appropriate pleading setting forth the party’s claim against the plan and the nature of the relief sought.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
