§ 2333

Subject to Section 2334, if from the evidence at the hearing the court finds that there are irreconcilable differences which have caused the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, the court shall order the dissolution of the marriage or a legal separation of the parties.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
