3022. The court may, during the pendency of a proceeding or at any time thereafter, make an order for the custody of a child during minority that seems necessary or proper.(Added by renumbering Section 3021 by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 116.12. Effective January 1, 1994.)
