3449. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3451, the petition and order shall be served, by any method authorized by the law of this state, upon the respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 867, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2000.)
