3461. In applying and construing this Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 867, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2000.)
