3551. Laws attaching a privilege against the disclosure of communications between spouses are inapplicable under this division. Spouses are competent witnesses to testify to any relevant matter, including marriage and parentage.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 82, Sec. 32. (SB 1306) Effective January 1, 2015.)
