§ 4000

4000. If a parent has the duty to provide for the support of the parent’s child and willfully fails to so provide, the other parent, or the child by a guardian ad litem, may bring an action against the parent to enforce the duty.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
