4601. 'Deposit holder' as used in this chapter means the district attorney, county officer, or trustee designated by the court to receive assets deposited pursuant to this chapter to secure future support payments.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
