§ 4641

4641. If the deposited asset is real property and the requirements of Section 4640 have been satisfied, the deposit holder shall do all of the following:(a) Prepare a release in accordance with Section 697.370 of the Code of Civil Procedure.(b) Request the clerk of the court where the order to deposit assets was made to certify the release.(c) Record the certified release in the office of the county recorder where the certified abstract was recorded under Section 4617.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10.
