4733. Penalties collected pursuant to this chapter shall be paid to the custodian of the child who is the subject of the child support judgment or order, whether or not the child is a recipient of public assistance.(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 150. Effective January 1, 1994.)
