5212. 'IV-D Case' means any case being established, modified, or enforced by the local child support agency pursuant to Section 654 of Title 42 of the United States Code (Section 454 of the Social Security Act).(Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 480, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2000.)
