§ 5281

5281. An assignment order required or authorized by this chapter shall include a requirement that the obligor notify the obligee of any change of employment and of the name and address of the obligor’s new employer within 10 days of obtaining new employment.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10.
