§ 5282

After the obligor has left employment with the employer, the employer, at the time the next payment is due on the assignment order, shall notify the obligee designated in the assignment order by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the last known address of the obligee that the obligor has left employment.(Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
