§ 89.1

89.1. 'Waters of the state,' 'waters of this state,' and 'state waters' have the same meaning as 'waters of the state' as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 13050 of the Water Code.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 285, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2008.)
