15405. (a) Except as specified in subdivision (b), no initial term of a state water bottom lease shall exceed 25 years.(b) The initial term of a state water bottom lease for marine finfish aquaculture shall not exceed 10 years.(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 36, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2007.)
