15407. The annual rent shall be paid to the department within 30 days of the commencement of the lease and within 30 days of the anniversary thereof. The commission may establish penalty fees for late payment and may cancel the lease if rent is not paid within 90 days of the commencement of the lease or within 90 days of any anniversary thereof.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 131, Sec. 27.
