'Disputed area' means that part of the Klamath River or Trinity River where jurisdiction to regulate Indian fishing is asserted by both the State of California and by one or more of the Indian tribes in the Klamath River Indian Tribes or by the United States government acting as trustee therefor.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1186, Sec. 1.)
