§ 702

702. This code shall be administered and enforced through regulations adopted only by the department, except as otherwise specifically provided by this code or where this code requires the commission to adopt regulations.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 870, Sec. 4.5. Effective January 1, 1997.)
