711.2. (a) For purposes of this code, unless the context otherwise requires, 'project' has the same meaning as defined in Section 21065 of the Public Resources Code.(b) For purposes of this article, 'person' includes any individual, firm, association, organization, partnership, business, trust, corporation, limited liability company, company, district, city, county, city and county, town, the state, and any of the agencies of those entities.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 23.
