1430. The Inland Wetlands Conservation Fund is hereby created in the Wildlife Restoration Fund. The money in the fund shall be solely used to carry out the Inland Wetlands Conservation Program, including the administrative costs of the program.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1645, Sec. 2.)
