1324. For the purposes of this chapter, the Members of the Legislature shall constitute an interim investigating committee on the subject of this chapter and as such shall have the powers and duties imposed upon such a committee by the Joint Rules of the Senate and the Assembly.(Enacted by Stats. 1957, Ch. 456.)
