1364. Moneys in the fund shall be available to local government entities, park and open-space districts, resource conservation districts, private landowners, and nonprofit organizations for the purposes set forth in subdivision (d) of Section 1363.(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 588, Sec. 2.
