1357. (a) The board may authorize advance payments on a contract or grant under this chapter pursuant to subdivision (d) of Section 11019.1 of the Government Code.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until July 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 569, Sec. 13.
